Bascon is into weightlifting, boxing and kettle bell training He graduated from high school at Don Bosco Technical College in Mandaluyong City, an exclusive school for boys. He served as a basketball varsity player then. After graduating from high school on 2003, he went to University of Santo Tomas to take up Electrical Engineering but was not able to finish it.
